As Carla dialed the number, her heart raced with anticipation. She couldn't believe she was about to ask her nephew for such a personal favor. When Brandon picked up, she struggled to find the words to begin the conversation. Finally, she took a deep breath and blurted out her request."Brandon, I need your help getting pregnant."There was a long pause on the other end of the line as Brandon processed her words.
